What is a Home Watch service?

A Home Watch service provides you with 24/7 peace of mind whenever you are away from your home. It does this by sending a team of professionals to inspect your home to search for any possible problems or issues. If a situation does arise, the Home Watch service will then notify you immediately and present you solutions to help deal with it as cost-effective and efficiently as possible.

Why do I need a Home Watch service?

A Home Watch service is essential for anyone planning to be away from their home. There are so many things that can happen the second that you step out your door: storms, break-ins, electrical problems, water leaks, mold, insects, the list can go on and on. Not to mention, a Home Watch service not only deals with these issues, but it helps you avoid them as well with preventative measures such storm preparation and pro-active maintenance. While relatives or neighbors can help, nothing compares to the effectiveness of a trusted Home Watch professional.

What if I have a situation at my home?

The experience and skill of our Home Watch professionals enables Argos Homewatch to effectively handle any situation that may arise in your home. If the situation is not time sensitive, we will contact you to discuss and implement a solution. Meanwhile, if it is an emergency, we will handle it in the safest, fastest, and most cost-effective manner possible.

Is a Home Watch service a security service?

Technically speaking, a Home Watch service is not considered a security service; however, its presence may stop crimes from occurring. Not to mention, if an alarm call does occur, Argos Homewatch Home Watch services will handle it with help from local law enforcement.

How does a Home Watch service qualify to become an Accredited Member of the National Home Watch Association?

Qualifying to become an Accredited Member of the NHWA is a highly selective process. All of its members are meticulously screened. The NHWA checks all references and verifies all insurance, bonding, and licenses. Once a Home Watch company qualifies, they then agree to follow the NHWA’s high set of standards and Code of Ethics. Argos Homewatch is one of the few Accredited Members of the NHWA.

What other services does a Home Watch company offer?

In addition to Home Watch, Argos Homewatch offers a wide range of other services to Stuart, Martin County, Palm City, Port St. Lucie, St. Lucie County, Hobe Sound, Hutchinson Island, and the rest of Florida’s Treasure Coast.
